Academic Intervention Specialist

Helps students who are falling behind catch up and succeed in school.

If you’re struggling with credits, classes, or just need some extra support.

They’ll work with you one-on-one and help create a game plan to get you back on track.

Area Teacher I & Area Teacher II

(AT1, AT2)

Specializes in a subject area (like English, Science, History, etc.) and supports students across centers

When you need extra help in a specific subject or want deeper understanding

Use their expertise to strengthen your skills in that subject!

Assistant Principal

(AP)

Supports the principal and helps with student success, discipline, and center operations

If you need help with your schedule, have a concern, or want to talk things out.

They're a great go-to when you’re not sure who to ask!

Math Intervention Specialist

(MIS)

Provides extra math support and individualized strategies to help you succeed

If math is challenging or you need one-on-one help to build confidence

Center Coordinator

(CC)

Keeps the center running smoothly and ensures a safe, supportive environment

If you have questions about your schedule, supplies, resources, or school rules

They can connect you with the right resources and staff members.

Career Pathways Coordinator

(CPC)

Helps you plan for life after graduation — including jobs, training, and college

If you're curious about future workforce pathways, internships, or career programs

They’ll help you turn your passions into a real career path.

Counselor / Post-Secondary Counselor / Student Advisor

Supports your academic, emotional, and social well-being.

When you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or need someone to talk to.

They’re great listeners and everything you share is confidential! They can also help you guide your academic journey!

EL Coach

Supports English Learner (EL) students and supports teachers with lesson strategies.

If you're an English Learner and need extra support or resources.

They can help make assignments easier to understand—just ask!

Special Education Specialist

(SES)

Supports students with IEPs and makes sure they get the help they need.

If you have an IEP, your SES can provide tools, strategies, resources, and academic support. 

They're here to advocate for you!

School Psychologists

Supports students with an IEP by developing individual academic, behavioral or social emotional goals. 

If you are a student with an IEP or seeking further academic support, or wanting to explore the options of a 504 or an IEP. 

We are happy to support all of our students socially, emotionally, academically, and behaviorally to ensure they thrive at OFY/OFL. 

Paraprofessional

Gives extra help in the classroom and supports students one-on-one.

Principal

Leads the region and makes sure everything runs smoothly for students and staff.
